The A-Frame Corrugated Box Welder suspends the ultrasonic actuator out and over a cantilevered thin profile anvil. This makes it possible to ultrasonically spot weld the plastic corrugated boxes joints.

The Automatic Film Indexer is compatible with Branson 900, 2000, and 2000X series ultrasonic welders. The control box includes an ON/OFF switch, manual jog button, and a digital timer. The system automatically indexes consumable buffer sheet each weld cycle. Includes unwind and take-up roller.
Automatic Film Indexer
Ultrasonic weld buffer film - typically 2 to 4 mil thick - may be used when joining high cosmetic plastic parts. The buffer sheet is inserted between the ultrasonic horn and plastic part prior to cycling and decreases the potential for part marking significantly. The film is consumable and only effective for one cycle. Film is available in 5" and 6" standard widths on a 2000' roll. Custom widths are possible.
